Brain Fitness Workshop by Kidz Grow

Kidz Grow is running a half day workshop on Brain Fitness.

Why is Brain Fitness Important?

In a nutshell, brain fitness improves attention span, allows children to learn more easily, strengthens memory power, and promotes faster thinking. Just as a healthy body allows us to do more things, a fit brain allows us to function optimally.

About the Speaker

Regina Chin is a teacher, educationist, and counsellor working with children, teachers and parents in Singapore. She has over 36 years of experience. Regina works with parents and children to build fitter brains using her experience and studies on the brain. Her interest lies in neuroplasticity, its impact on how children learn and the curriculum on learning.

The follow topics will be covered:

  • Your child’s learning profile
  • Improve and maximise your child’s learning ability
  • Help your child become happier and more confident
  • Help your child focus and improve your child’s attention span
