I am happy and grateful:
- for the little shopping excursion the hubby and I made with Gavin before attending D’s full moon party at Jaya 33.
- for a very enjoyable lunch at Jaya 33 where I bumped into an old FYC member and made more Mummy friends to share Mummy stories with. Everyone adored Gavin and Daddy couldn’t have been more proud. Gavin was so good, he let his godpa carry him for such a long time without fussing at all!
- that Gavin managed to nap during the party despite all the noise and bright lights! He even consented to being put into his godsister’s stroller while he napped so that Mummy and Daddy could eat! What a lovely boy! I should have taken photos of the evidence, too! Ah well…
- that Gavin ate pureed food with cheese! I just decided to add some cheese to a bottle of his baby food - seemed a waste since we still had some extra bottles left so I decided to experiment and it was a hit! Gavin ate quite a bit of it before deciding he had had enough and starting to play with his food. I think he’s quite a fan of cheese because so far everything that I’ve added cheese to, he’s been happy to eat. He’s also demonstrated that he’s not particularly greedy for food because he stops eating when he’s had enough - that goes even for foods that he likes.
- that Gavin’s sleep patterns weren’t too messed up despite the odd napping hours he had today. Actually, he did really well all things considered.
