The Household COO

I am so happy and grateful:

• to see how much my grandfather delights in his great grandson.  He was so happy to see Gavin for lunch today that I definitely have to try to kick start our regular lunch sessions again.
• that Gavin finally fed himself with the spoon at dinner!  I feel so proud!  He had a little help from Mummy at first and then he managed to do it himself!
• that Gavin loves his new toy from grandpa and grandma - it’s a megablocks truck.
• that Gavin still remembers grandpa because he reached out his arms for grandpa to carry him.
• that the new batch of bread that I baked for Gavin rose and is looking like a real loaf of bread!  Let’s hope it looks just as good inside when I cut it open tomorrow!
