I got it made at “Venice” along Jalan Loke Yew. After the diva incident, I had my fears that it wouldn’t turn out, but due credit must be given to the tailor. After seeing it, I’ve gotta say - it’s simply gorgeous. The back is every bit as beautiful as the original dress I had wanted.

Mr Yap Kin Woon’s service was excellent and I have no hesitations directing anyone else to this place, if not for the service alone. He’d lost out a little on the gown because the designer insisted on charging him designer’s fees even though it was just a combination of two dresses, but he still kept his charges as per the original agreement to me.

There are many bridal houses in that block of shops, and how I ended up in “Venice” was just as simple this: I rocked up on a Monday eager to take on all those bridal houses. Much to my disappointment, they were all closed except for “Venice”. So there I was… Prices vary, but the deal was good for the dresses I chose and the options I got for them. I know they take photos as well, but that’s another story altogether. I already had my own photographer so I never really bothered to check out the standard of their photographers.

If you’re looking for dresses, the contact details of the place is:

No. 60 & 60-2, Wisma PK-4, Jalan Loke Yew,
55200 Kuala Lumpur

Tel: 03-9223 6288
