Go Workout Mom - Week 2 Summary and Assessment
Okay! I’ve made it through week two and managed to maintain the rate of progress I started with in week one.
They say it takes about two weeks before your body begins to adapt to the exercises and the whole process begins to feel like a normal part of your day. I think I would have to disagree. By the end of week one, my body felt like it was beginning to adapt to the routine. During week two, I felt as if I wasn’t right if I didn’t get in a session of exercise.
I don’t know if it was because I generally find pilates easier than yoga but it did seem like I wasn’t as achy during week two. This could be a result of body conditioning or perhaps I just didn’t work out as hard as I did during week one or it could possibly be that my body adapts pretty well to pilates exercises. Who knows?
This was what I achieved in week two of my Go Workout Mom plan:
Monday - 40 minutes Yogalates
Wednesday - 30 minutes Pilates 10 Minute Solution
Thursday - 30 minutes Pilates 10 Minute Solution
Friday - 30 minutes Denise Austin Hit the Spot Pilates
Saturday - 30 minutes Denise Austin Hit the Spot Pilates
I’ve decided to go back to Yoga for week three to test the theory on body conditioning. We’ll see what the results bring in by the end of the week.
