Review: Yoga Zone Total Body Conditioning
After Monday’s Yoga exercise, I was feeling slightly achy on Tuesday but I decided to press on with the second Yoga Zone disc - Total Body Conditioning. Like the Fat Burner DVD, it comes with two 20 minute exercise sessions.
I figured a little more stretching would help to ease the tension in my muscles. Perhaps I thought wrong because I was aching even more after the Total Body Conditioning workout. Turns out I was already coming down with flu-like symptoms which was really due to a bout of mastitis that I had developed so it was hard to say whether I was aching from the workout or the illness. Well, at the time I didn’t know I was getting sick, so I pushed on and did both sessions from the Yoga Zone Total Body Conditioning VCD.
The VCD is dubbed for “beginners”. Yup, I definitely have to agree with that. This workout was a easier than the Fat Burner workout. I liked this disc better than the Fat Burner workout because I felt the Yoga teacher explained the positions a lot better. I don’t know if it is because this is dubbed for beginners or if the instructor normally explains the movements and positions in greater detail. Regardless, I find it much easier to follow because I don’t have to look up at the TV screen as often.
