How do you know you need to start exercising again?

  1. When your chef SIL comes to town and starts cooking food that is just too good to pass up on.
  2. When your toddler starts pinching your excess flab and gives you a significant look.
  3. When your pants are so tight, your kidneys start hurting.
  4. When playing with your toddler leaves you breathless.
  5. When you take your toddler out to the shopping mall to wear him out and you come home needing a nap instead.
