Do all babies love shopping? Or perhaps they just love taking things from the shelf and throwing them into the trolley? At any rate, Gavin has demonstrated of late that he is an extremely capable shopper (note to self: bring Gavin grocery shopping in future so he can help me carry the shopping bags…). In fact, he is so capable that in his enthusiasm to help hold his groceries, he stashed his bottle of orange juice in the sling between his body and mine and we almost missed it! None of the cashiers had noticed Gavin’s little stash when we were paying for our groceries. It wasn’t until we were walking away from Jusco that I noticed the bottle and had to run back to pay for it!
I suppose the time has come for me to adopt constant vigilance when it comes to shopping with Gavin…
